Office Coordinator - Full-time Position
40 hours/week with benefits

The Office Coordinator is directly responsible for all aspects of the Parish front desk operations and assures the effectiveness of day-to-day office operations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision and frequent interruptions.
  • Requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work well with staff and volunteers in a team environment.
  • Must be skilled in Microsoft Office computer applications (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint) and Google apps (Gmail, calendar docs).

Communications/IT Coordinator - Part-time Position
Under 30 hours/week; no benefits

This position provides communication and technology support for the Parish operations, utilizing established print and digital media including social media, video, and streaming technologies.

Will be required to troubleshoot hardware errors and manage network equipment. Responsible for making the announcements both for the live streams and those projected at mass, monitoring and updating Our Lady’s Facebook and YouTube pages. Coordinate the live streaming of the 10:30 am mass on Sundays and any other events that require live streaming.

This may require evening and weekend work. Act as web administrator to manage the Parish’s website to optimize its performance and increase its online visibility.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Will be tasked with multiple duties or projects at once, making organization a critical skill for success.
  • Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be able to meet deadlines and schedules.
  • The ability to collaborate with staff is needed.
  • Essential that applicant be proficient with all social media platforms.
  • Must be skilled in Microsoft Office computer applications (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, and Google apps (Gmail, calendar docs).

Maintenance Worker - Part-time Position
20-25 hour/week; no benefits

The position will consist of a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the buildings, grounds, and equipment are safe, operational, and secure. Expected hours are 4:00pm to 8:00/9:00pm Monday through Friday and Saturday as needed. Duties will include keeping the church, classrooms, and halls clean and ready to use.

The successful candidate:

  • Will be able to work independently, checking everything off their to-do list, meeting deadlines and schedules.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to look for a solution when a problem is presented is required.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary.
  • A plus if the individual selected is able to make minor electrical, plumbing, and other physical repairs, e.g. painting.
