Catholic Daughters of the Americas strives to embrace the principle of faith working through love in the promotion of justice, equality and the advancement of human dignity for all.

In September, the Catholic Daughters Court #2213 held installation of officers. Father Chauncey was installed as Catholic Daughters court #2213 chaplain by the State District Deputy Paula Wittke. Father Chauncey then installed the new officers.

The Catholic Daughters invite you to visit our meeting, 10:00 am social, 10:30 am meeting the second Thursday of the month in Holy Family Parish Center. Come and join us in a spiritual and rewarding experience. You may contact Lorraine Palfy, Regent, at phone number 854-2116.


Some of the events the Catholic Daughters have accomplished and will accomplish:

  • Sponsor a Seminarian yearly, entered a float in the London Bridge Days Community Parade and won 1st place trophy.

  • Collected and delivered to Ronald McDonald house in Phoenix tabs and a monetary donation.

  • Collected and delivered items for Sally’s place (for battered women) in Lake Havasu City.

  • Hold Bunco Parties to raise funds to award scholarships to high school seniors.

  • Send hats, scarves, mittens, and monetary donations to St. Bonaventure Indian Mission.

  • Pray for the sick members, prisoners and parish members.

  • Catholic Daughters babysits for Family Formation religious education classes.

  • Collect and deliver various items to Pregnancy care in Lake Havasu.

  • Walk and pray for the unborn (40 Days for Life).

  • Hold a fashion show to raise funds to award scholarships to high school seniors in Lake Havasu City.
